UPDATE: I initially just added the Wave to the HA integration. That integration does not manage firmware updates.

I, reluctantly installed the app and connected to it. The FW update completed which reset the whole thing. I managed to get it back online in HA and it’s pulling in data.

I’ll watch the batteries over the next little while to see if the FW update fixed that issue.

So, the FW update must have corrected something. It’s balanced out and stable now. It would be nice if we could push FW updates out through HA rather than relying on the APP.
