What you are mentioning is the bug and you need to contact Airtouch to have it sorted out.
It’s an android issue and the patch update or latest console will resolve the issue.

Thanks for confirming! Is there a way to know if we just need the SD card update or if we need a new console?
I ended up organising for someone from Polyaire to come by and do the SD card update on Monday so hopefully will have it all sorted then.
