Alarm Decoder States - Fire Alarm vs Intrusion Alarm

I have my Vista20P connected vis Alarm Decoder. When I test out triggering an intrusion, the state changes to “triggered.” But when I test out triggering the smoke alarm, the state also changes to “triggered.”

I know that the Alarm Decoder itself can differentiate between the two different types of alarms… it does that when hooked up to Indigo. Is there a way to tell the two types of alarms apart in Home Assistant?

@mattf were you able to figure this out? I’ve been struggling with the same issue. Would love to figure out if there’s a way to separate these events.

No, I gave up. I assume it would have to be an update on the HA side, and that’s beyond my understanding…
