It works
I don’t understand everything happen on keypad but my child and me (and my wife) can enable/disable alarm without connect to home assistant.
A complete description of each field (what to set and where to find) will be very helpfull

find tag rfid

Home assistant → dev tool (outil de développement with me) → evenement dongle → listen event “zha_event” and click on start listen.
Tag your rfid and click on open “cadena”
You can find in an event the tag rfid : +89ABCDEF

I saw that this blueprint hasn’t been updated for about 2 years.

I tried it first with my Frient Keypad, but I couldn’t get it working 100%. I put the code into ChatGPT, which corrected and fixed all the errors it found in the code. With ChatGPT’s help, everything works now.

If anyone wants my code, just PM me.

Couldn't make the blueprint work so I ended-up making my own automation : GitHub - edouardmenayde/frient_keypad_control_zigbee · GitHub
You have to modify some strings as instructed in the README then upload it as an automation.
