Alarm on missing sensor update?

Hi guys,

just went live with my first HA installation. So far everything is working fine. I have a self build MQTT sensor sending a msg at least every 50mins. Can I trigger somehow an alarm if after 60mins I have received nothing from the sensor? Such a feature would be important as the sensor should warn me on a water leak and I can not be sure it will run without issues (self build :wink:
