I have a number pf plugs I control with Alexa, i.e. “Alexa turn on coffee plug” . If I install HA and HA discovers my coffee plug, can I still control it with Alexa, and perhaps set up a HA timer where the coffee plug turns on every morning at say 7 PM?
Can I then manually turn the coffee plug on/off using my current Alexa (or Google home) or HA?

I subscribe to HA Cloud. HA Cloud allows me to share any device in HA with Alexa, Google, or Apple. So I can load your plug into HA. Select that plug in HA and “Expose” that plug to Alexa. Now Alexa sees it just as if you had set it up in Alexa and you can use your voice commands.

HA will not block control by other service and usually just extends support and enables more useful functionallity
