Alexa can't control devices after updating to 2023.8.2, rolling back to 2023.8.1 fixes it

As the title says + running in docker on rpi4. After updating to .2 Alexa responds with “blabla is not responding check it’s network connection”. switching the image to ghcr.io/home-assistant/home-assistant:2023.8.1 and recreating the container alexa works as expected.

Is there anything I need to do in .2 like relink the skill or something or is it a bug?

I’m seeing same issue now with 2023.8.4. Anyone else?
