Alexa command with specific phrase

Hey I am hoping someone can help me. I don’t know what happened but I used to have automation that would send specific phrase to alexa. For some reason it’s gone and I would like to do it again.

“Alexa tell Ford pass to start my car with PIN 0000”

Now I have no idea how I achieved it in the past. Lousy memory it seems. Could someone please help me?

With Alexa Media Player.

I got basic tts working, so I can make alexa say things but I have no idea why I don’t remember how I made it just follow the phrase, and just say it aloud.
