I thought that, too, but my entities still aren’t available. So I deleted and reinstalled the integration with no success.
AD is working for me, but I’m in the USA. Amazon is currently making changes to several endpoints which have caused geolocation login issues for some users. I know some nations in the EU and South America are affected by it.
Hello, I’m based in Europe/ France ,running latest AMP 5.7.11 ,

Hi, Europe-Spain… AMP available but devices still unavailable
Well seems really to be amazon ad related cause the official integration has same behaviour:symptoms…(at least in europe/france )
After updating HA Core to 2025.11.1 I managed it to get the Alexa devices integration working again and I see my Echo dot but all it’s entities are unavailable. i live in Belgium EU.
I’m seeing something more pervasive. I use Alexa Devices, and I see the Too many requests ‘UNOFFICIAL_CLIENT_TOO_MANY_REQUESTS’ in the log.
BUT, I also see no smart home devices on any of my Alexa apps (android and iOS) and screen-based Echo Hub has no groups (therefore no devices, a big paperweight basically) and Echo Show 8 shows groups but the devices just flash when tapped and are non-responsive. HAOS App itself not having any issues, it seems like maybe something is flooding API calls in my home and causing all users of this API to be throttled.
Anyone else seeing this? It started just after the Amazon outage in October.
AMP still not working at all? Kinda surprised that it’s not a bigger issue due to the wide usage of Alexa
It is under attention on the Github platform
