Alexa devices integration failed

I tried to res-intall the integration multimple times. It was working before I’m not sure when it failed , maybe after one of the updates.
It’s returning this error : Failed setup, will retry: Error retrieving data: CannotRetrieveData(‘Cannot find account owner customer ID’)

I have followed the procedure and tried with 2 different accounts but same result. Please help I dont know what else to try

Amazon made changes and the developers have already fixed the login issue. Visit the Discord for more information. For HAOS users, the developers have an alpha/beta test version available for HACS GitHub - jamesonuk/alexa_devices_test that has the fix. You’ll need to add the repository. You do not need to remove your current integration, as the HACS version will sit on top of it as a custom integration. The only thing to be mindful of is removing the HACS version before doing a HA core update.

Yep. I got skunked by this, too. I HATE that I keep having to log into Amazon every time because I use MFA.

I have the same issue and installed the HACS custom repo. When I input all the values in the setup (including the OTP code) I get:

  • Required entries
Note: Extended entity discovery requires Discover Alexa network to be enabled.

Translation Error: The intl string context variable “message” was not provided to the string “{otp_secret} is invalid. {message}”
