I just added an Inovelli Z-wave switch to my existing system, and when I try to tell Alexa to turn the light connected to this switch on or off, I get this error: “Sorry, the provider is having trouble”
Other inovelli switches on the same network operate just fine from Alexa.
Has anyone seen this?
EDIT- Found the problem
In case someone else searches this error, my problem turned out that 2 Alexa Home nodes in Node-Red have the same name. Delete one, deploy, then go to alexa.amazon.com to delete the two erroneous devices, then discover again.
