Alexa Media Player Disabled Device Issue

I’ve tried removing the Alex integration (5.7.5) completely and readding it but I’ve having an issue where it tells me the device is disabled by Config entry but I don’t see anything set to disable a device.

I experienced the same issue. I temporarily deactivated the account (see screenshot) and reactivated it shortly after. This resolved the problem
