Alexa - what triggered things happening?

Twice in as many months every single light in my Home Assistant has turned on and the logs have shown that it was Alexa. I use Alexa via what come with the Nabu Casa subscription, and have do years, and have never had issues like this before. Two questions:

  1. anyone else seen anything like this?

  2. is there any way to tell if a particular Echo initiated things?

I’m trying to do a root cause analysis on this because I simply can’t handle this continuing to happen. I’ve temporarily disabled the Alexa integration in the Voice Assistants section of Home Assistant while debugging too as the last time all the lights came on (every light inside and outside my house) was after my kid had gone to bed… and that just won’t do.

Thanks in advance for any assistance here! Below are some examples of my logs.

Open the Alexa app, go to “Alexa privacy” then choose “review Alexa history”

That was insightful and wild. A device heard me say “Light” and apparently interpreted that to mean turn on ever light :exploding_head:

For me. “Hallway light” was sometimes misunderstood as “All light”. So I made a room (in Alexa) called “All” with the Hallway light as the only member
