Hello i have updated home assistant core tonight and now all my custom apps will not load. has anybody else had this problem?

You will probably get replies/help if you provide more information. When you say
"all my custom apps will not load" it's not helpful if we don't know what apps you're referring to. Most people are not going to take time to pull info from you...you need to provide the details and ask specific questions.
Have you used the forum search function? Have you read the post about how to ask for help? If not, I suggest you take a look.
Edited: Custom apps/integrations are not part of the official HA core, so you would typically need to contact the maintainer of that specific app/integration for support. But, again, if you provide specific details, someone here can probably point you in the right direction.
