I don’t know if this is related to my add-ins Alexa devices or Alexa Media Player but all my devices have disappeared from the Amazon Alexa app over the weekend. It started with not being able to display favourites and now none of the devices can be displayed. They are still there behind the scenes and voice control and automations still work. However I am getting lots off errors in my HA logs. I wondered if it was related to the use of the Amazon APIs and too many requests. I uninstalled AMP (as I could not get that to work) but I have error saying the service could not be removed.

Firstly has anyone else experienced the same issue with the Alexa app when using Alexa Devices?
Secondly could anyone help me in removing the rouge services left after removing AMP please
Hi @chemelli I wonder if you can shed any light on this issue.
I have deleted and reinstalled the Alexa app but although the devices appeared for a while they have disappeared again. Similarly the Groups have also disappeared.
Just so I understand how Alexa Devices add in works:-
Should the add in in HA and the App work side by side?
Can you make changes in either the Alexa app or Alexa devices and should they replicate between each other? e.g. changing the name in one should change the name in another, changing the location in one should change the location in the other)
How can I test that the integration is working i.e. that the handshake and 2FA with my amazon account is working and replicating changes. Are there logs I can upload top this forum?
I am still getting the following error in the logs:-
I believe elsewhere you responded to another user with this this error by saying other users needed to update to a later build of HA before it stopped??
Sorry for all the questions but I am tearing my hair out trying to fix this.
Sorry @chemelli Please ignore this request for help.
I have just found out more information from several google searches which brought up the github issues page.
It appears others are having this same issue and it wont get fixed until ALL users of Amazon Devices update to 2025.10.2
Its a shame developers cant send out a broadcast message to all users to that effect although it might be difficult with baked in HA like LinkNLink devices.
Perhaps forum MODS can put a message on this forum. It might stop people like myself bombarding you with the same issue.
Thanks for all your work developing and maintaining this add -in
