I have a AEON Labs Z-Stick Gen5 USB controller plugged into a Windows computer and running ZWaveJS UI. My HA instance connects to it and can manage all my light switches. Been working great for a long time. After a reboot of the computer, the ZWaveJS UI comes up but all the routes are failing even after a rebuild and reinterviewing nodes just spins forever and never populates any data.

Any thoughts?
If you also have the ZWave JS Addon installed, remove it. There can only be Zwave JS OR Zwave JS UI running on a mesh.

Note apparently restarting the service, rebooting again, trying to do everything I mentioned doesn’t help. I unplugged the stick from the computer and plugged it back in and poof things started recovering again.
Yes, sticks can get into a failure state and require a power cycle.
