All smart plugs stopped reporting power consumption

I have 3 different brands of smart plugs, all of which were working fine until about 2.5 weeks ago. Then, all at the same time, they all stopped showing power consumption. They’re all connected via Zigbee+a Conbee2 stick (ie Phoscon).

I don’t see any update to phoscon around that time, and I’ve reset the RaspberryPi 4 running my HA, but the error persists.

How would you start troubleshooting this?

I sometimes get this. I use Zigbee2MQTT and pressing the yellow arrow button to ?refresh? the device usually gets the reporting back. Not sure if Phoscon has something similar.

Worst case is repairing the device.
