All zigbee sensors Unavailable

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve lost all sensors.

Running HAOS in micro PC . Mosquito and MQTT. Combi stick on 3m shielded USB cable away from pc.

Mosquito broker 6.5.0

HA core 2025.1.2
Supervisor 2024.12.3

I have restarted HA
I have restarted MQTT

HACS showing with a red boarder In Devices and Services, says needs attention . Failed to set up.

Other network items working, eg Reolink cameras showing in the log when they detect pet movement

Faulty USB cable? Faulty Zigbee dongle?

Thanks for the suggestion. I grabbed my coordinator and USB cable from my HA installation at work today and brought it home and replaced the hole one. No luck, still every sensor unavailable.
