Allow to automatically skip update entities

Hi,

ESPHome update entities are really great, but there’s no need to update on every new version of ESPHome.

While I know I can disable the entity and enable it when needed, it’s bad because it takes a while for the update entity to become available after enabling it.

Also, it takes several more clicks than instead of going to the Updates page and click in showing Skipped updates.

It would be awesome if I could mark an option in the update entity Show More page to automatically skip new updates.

Actually I found out that I can hide the update entities, and this causes the update entity not to show up in the notification panel. That’s good enough for me.
