Good morning everyone, my name is Gabriel, I’m from Uruguay, and this is the first time I’ve had to ask for help. Here’s some context: I have a Raspberry Pi 5 with 4GB of RAM and an SSD running Home Assistant. A while ago, the native integration of Amazon Home Assistant and Alexa Media Player from HACS worked correctly, showing my Echo Get 3 and Fire TV devices. About three weeks ago, my Amazon account was unlinked, making my devices obsolete within Home Assistant. It’s impossible to re-integrate them even though I entered my credentials correctly. Amazon also blocked my cell phone number for OTP codes. I’m using the one-month trial of Nabu Casa to take full advantage of all the benefits and contribute to the community, but my Echo Dot, which is my most important device for launching voice automations without being in the cloud, and many other things, can’t be used. In short, I don’t know if there’s something wrong with Amazon and South American countries, or if Amazon is blocking something, or what? I would appreciate any guidance you can provide to help me find a solution to my problem. Regards.
