Android App Can’t Connect to Home Assistant (Web Access Still Works on PC)

Since yesterday, my Home Assistant Android app suddenly stopped connecting.
It shows an error when trying to load my dashboard, but I can still access Home Assistant perfectly from my PC browser using the same local IP.

Error Message

Unable to connect to Home Assistant. There was an error loading HA. Please review the connection and settings and try again. We will attempt to reconnect automatically.

Also, in the app under Remote Access, it says:

Remote access is being prepared. We will notify you when it’s ready.
And it shows Nabu Casa: Not Connected!

What I Tried

  • Restarted the Android app
  • Cleared cache & storage
  • Rebooted phone
  • Rebooted Home Assistant
  • Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data
  • Reinstalled the app , no change

Details

Home Assistant version:** 10.1

  • Connection type:** Nabu Casa (remote access)
    Android version: 14
  • Access from PC:** Works fine via web (local IP or URL)

you need HA cloud support and not app support here.

Thanks for replying me back.
What do you think should i do now ? Is there a link or somewhere or someone i can talk to. ?

He is not connecting via cloud, he is connecting via LAN. I am having the same issue.

Is Nabu Casa down?
