Android companion thread credentials you don't have any credentials to import

Thread Preferred Network SLZB Ultima 3 used for android and ios… and Google TV Streamer. Syncing in devices and services Thread takes forever and returns “you don’t have any credentials to import” Is there a fix because nothing that is shown on the web seems to work for me.

Syncing in devices and services copies Thread credentials from the phone to HA.
You then need to have the credentials on the phone in the first place.

If you want it the other way around then follow this.

Make sure you have the correct thread credentials on the Android. On the Android Companion App open Settings → Companion App → Troubleshooting (I think that is what it is called in english, but it list logfiles and other tools to diagnostics as description of the item).
