I recently took several Echo Show 5’s, wiped them and sideloaded LineageOS on to them and then added View Assist Companion App so use them as local LLM speakers.

I am trying to get adb to work with them but they will not connect. I have ensured both USB debugging and Wifi debugging are enabled as well as using the proper IP and port.

Anyone else been able to get this to work?

There were new builds released on April 18th which might fix this for you (for Echo Show 5 Gen 1 & 2, and Echo Show 8 Gen 1)
