Android phone - change device name

I’ve just upgraded my phone and installed the companion app.

The phone initially set its device name in the companion app to op13
I renamed it in the companion app to Grant - op13. this has changed the device friendly name in HA to match but all the associated sensors are still just op13.

This is having a similar effect to this thread where notifications aren’t working.

Hi all, By default when I added my phones to HA they were named by the model name. I changed them to give a name I can maintain if one day I change phone so that I don’t break all automations. When I changed the phones names all entities were correctly renamed, BUT all automations that use the “notify.” still need the old name to work. Imagine my phone name was noka3310 and I changed it to potato. All entities now use potato, but if I want notify. to work I need to use notify.mobile_app_nokia…

I can’s seem to find the option to change anything other than the friendly name
Do I need to delete it and start over?
