Same for me! The integration doesn’t work anymore
yeah I just did a complete reinstall of home assistant, and it’s still broken. Anyone know when they will fix VeSync?
Take a look at GITHUB it seems the issue has been resolved and will be available in the next release (possibly Friday 10th October).
I can confirm the latest update 10.2 fixed the login issue for me.
I can also confirm that the latest update 10.2 fixed the login issue for me
Well it worked for about a day after installation. I can log in and the controls and PM2.5 readings were working, and now it shows as unavailable. Reloaded the integration several times and it won’t come back. They really screwed up this integration. It worked perfectly fine for years (better than most) and now it’s nothing but trouble.
EDIT: I rebooted HAOS and it’s back. But this is still not good. I should only have to reload the component to reset/fix it. Why do we have to reboot completely if it crashes out?
I too am now experiencing issues. Oddly, only with the air purifiers (both 400s and 200s). My humidifier sensors are working okay.
Coincidentally recently jumped off the HACS integration back to core integration couple weeks ago. I try to not run HACS over core when possible, and was only running HACS from quite a while ago because it supported my devices at the time, that the core did not.
Edit: seeing others with similar issues on this thread more recently at GitHub. With myself also experiencing that login notification email on each boot as well now.
Seems to be working again after a full restart of HAOS.
Will be interesting to see how long it lasts.
Same thing with my S200 and S300 - Gone thru all the issues reported after upgrading to 25.10 - now restarting HAOS makes them work for approx 12 hours - then ‘unavailable’ pops up again
After the 10.3 update there has been NO issue regarding my Vesync gadgets so far - been running for >19 hours
LATEST: All seems to be fine with my 2 purifiers - they have been online without any issue since udating to 10.3 - have checked logs and nothing regarding VeSync (3.1.2)
I have No Notifications setup from my VeSync
Seems 10.3 update might address this with bump to vesync 3.1.2. Will update and see how she goes.
Update: after 10.3 it seems to do a forced “reset” or update just after midnight. I have a notification automation when my air quality changes… And now I currently wake up to two notifications stating “unavailable” and then “good”. So it goes offline and then back online again. Works throughout the day. Honestly, if you didn’t look for it, or didn’t have this notification, it would seem like it’s working flawlessly.
Update 2: after three nights, without any additional updates, it works without the midnight “reset” happening ![]()
Well I got the authentication problem because I enabled the 2FA on my account. You can make it work by disabling it, re-connect HA to your VeSync account then enable 2FA again & trust the logged-in device. However if you fully restart HA or update it you’ll get another device ID, which will lead to an authentication issue once again.
