Another startup dashboard for Homeassistant

It always bothered me that the links to the add-ons would become outdated after just a short time, especially when I was trying out different things at the same time. That’s why I built a very simple but nifty add-on that’s always up to date, since it pulls the information directly from Home Assistant

Add-ons have been deprecated - They are now called Apps

Also, would be nice if you added a screenshot either in the post here or the Github repo.
