Any other way for update supervisor?

Is there any other way for update supervisor?
for example download manually the image and tell him “load from here”

I have satellital internet, with 200mbps down and less than 10mbps up and minimum 600ms of latency, when I try to update normally, it only say timeout and conection reset by peer and didn’t finish

But if system restarts for anything, until supervisor is updated, I not have acces to home assistant in any way, so, if never finish update, never will have access

Then, if I could download manually the image and update from my local disc or shared folder, I can solve it easy

(sorry for my english)

Surely install fresh and restore from backup will do it. Not ideal and there may well be a better way

No, it doesn’t work because it need to download supervisor online, I have the same problem

You can download the install file anywhere, even on your phone whilst at the shops.

Sorry, but I don’t know how to do it, I download the vdi image (for virtual box) and do all the steps and, when it started first time, appears the screen saying downloading latest version, and this only failed because connection reset by peer (2h before it remains the same)
My internet it’s so bad, 4g it’s worse (less than 10mpbs)
But normal downloads from browser works, only need be patience
