Anybody know why I'm not getting the option to "enable BLE Proxy" in the Matter Server?

I have 2026.7 and Matter Server 9.0.4 installed so everything is up to date. I have enabled using the beta and just in case I've also disabled it and reenabled it and restarted the server as well. Despite all that this is what I see in the configuration page

If it matters I've also restarted HA several times but still nothing changes. Any idea what I'm not understanding or missing?

Not sure why, but it looks like you need to enable "Show unused optional configuration options" first:

Once you do that, "Enable BLE proxy" becomes visible:

Damn it, now I feel so stupid. Why didn't I just notice that on my own and toggle it just to see what would happen?
