Anyone else having sluggish entity changes (or general HA performance) since 2024.9?

Since upgrading to 2024.9.1 and then .2 it seems like home assistant has very poor performance. Device tracker updates are very delayed (or doesn’t happen at all), I have also had to regularly refresh dashboards to show state changes of entities (even when HA performed the state change).

FYI, I am running HA Supervised inside a VM.

I have the same problem. This is my Home Screen when I open the app.

A pulldown to refresh is always necessary to show all entities.

EDIT: nevermind, this was caused by a malfunctioning PostNL integration
