I’ve got a Yamaha MusicCast receiver. Does anyone have a video of what the integration looks like? Not necessarily the whole process, but the end result of it working?

what do you need a video of? It’s probably one of the easiest integrations ever. The document page should be more than enough.
After you integrate it, you’ll have media player entity(ies).
I was interested in how …deep… the integration was. If it’s just a simple “media control” or if items I set in the Musiccast app are displayed. For example, images on rooms, definitions of rooms, input and output specifcations, currently playing content, etc.
I’ll be getting a receiver in a few days so I’ll be able to update how it works. I’ve certainly seen videos from Yamaha about how the app works. But not a “here’s your Musiccast device on HA” video.

Yep, it’s just going to be a media_player device. You may get more than one depending on your configuration.
You can play with one over at the lovelace demo. It’s nothing special btw. In the documentation it describes the functionality inside the section Supported operations.
