Anyone using the Starling Hub experiencing issues?

This has been bulletproof 99% of the time, but for some reason it’s failing to start on HA now. The cameras are accessible in Apple Home. What’s strange is that I can’t login to the Starling UI via my PC, but it’s loading fine on the app.

Unsure how to proceed.


My Starling Hub is working fine (only hosting a bunch of Nest devices, if that matters), but it looks different from yours. Yours appears to be an HA integration, mine is joined to HA through the HomeKit Device integration.

I only chime in because yesterday I found my WeatherFlowCloud integration was failing like your Starling. I suspected it coincided with the AWS outage the day before, and something else that was involved “out there” wasn’t yet restored. Waiting until this morning to poke at it further, it resolved itself. FWIW

Turns out the Starling’s IP address had changed. I guess I never set a DHCP reservation. All is well now!

I noticed my Starling had an IP addr change over a week ago, but a different issue had me chase that down.
