Aqara Conbee II Phoscon light sensors have stopped

Since this morning, my Aqara Conbee II Phoscon light sensors have stopped working. They are reporting 0 Lx and 100% battery. So, there is no connection issue as they are still visible in Home Assistant and not grayed out.
I have two them both with same problem.

Gateway version: 2.28.1
Firmware: 26720700

In the logs, I only see:

2025-02-17 12:39:01.324 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.helpers.frame] Detected that integration ‘deconz’ calls device_registry.async_get_or_create referencing a non existing via_device (‘mac’, ‘02:42:ac:1e:21:00’), with device info: {‘configuration_url’: ‘homeassistant://home assistant OS/ingress/core_deconz’, ‘entry_type’: <DeviceEntryType.SERVICE: ‘service’>, ‘identifiers’: {(‘deconz’, ‘00212E06BF3E’)}, ‘manufacturer’: ‘Dresden Elektronik’, ‘model’: ‘deCONZ’, ‘name’: ‘Phoscon-GW’, ‘sw_version’: ‘2.28.1’, ‘via_device’: (‘mac’, ‘02:42:ac:1e:21:00’)} at homeassistant/components/deconz/hub/hub.py, line 192: device_registry.async_get_or_create(. This will stop working in Home Assistant 2025.12.0, please create a bug report at GitHub · Where software is built

I suspect the issue is with the Conbee gateway version. Are there more users experiencing this problem?

Addition

I’ve come across information suggesting that Conbee gateway versions higher than 2.24.x don’t work well with the ConBee II and that the ConBee III should be used instead.

Could someone provide a definitive answer to this?
Or is there a better solution than Conbee?
