Aqara E1 switch (with neutral) Z2M None/null field

I’m using Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus + Z2M.

My device, Aqara E1 2 gang switch (with neutral), code QBKG41LM on Z2M, stopped showing me the exposed field “device_temperature” and “action”.
Until a few days ago it worked fine, then it started showing None/null value; it also disconnects showing 0 LQI but when it’s working, everything is ok except “device_temperature” and “action” field.

What’s the problem? Cloud it because of the bad lqi?

To be honest, I can’t recall how ahaha.
Actually, I think that is sufficient to reset and pair it again
