Aqara Floor Heating Thermostat W500 - floor sensor not working

Hi!
I use the Aqara Floor Heating Thermostat W500 with Home Assistant over Zigbee protocol.
The floor sensor (NTC, second temperature sensor) doesn’t show any temperature value in Home Assistant, just the 0.0 °C. I have tried different models of the Thermostat and different floor sensors. Can anybody help to fix this in Home Assistant?

Hello Christoph_at,

Are you using ZHA protocol? If so there may be a quirk that will find the missing stuff.

Yes, I use ZHA. Thanks a lot for the info. This looks great, although the W500 doesn’t have a quirk yet.

Since I am quite new to HA it might take some time until I can dig in deep enough to contribute myself. :grimacing:
