I’ve installed and implemented yesterday a FP300 from Aqara (with Zigbee2MQTT). Everything works fine. I’ve installed the sensor on a furniture with a height of 110cm and my couch is roundabout 3.5m distance. When I sit on the couch, the sensor goes to “not recognized” or “free”. Are there some recommendations for a better placing of the sensor? E.g. on a height of 2 meters and a lower distance to the couch? Or is it enough to reduce the distance on the same height? My problem is, that there is no good place for a drilling in 2meter height.
