Aqara H2 Dimmer in MQTT - but not in HA

I'm new to MQTT - I setup three new Aqra H2 devices, two switches and one dimmer. The dimmers were added into MQTT and then ported over to HA without an issue. The dimmer was added into MQTT and works fine there, but it isn't creating an entity within HA. I've tried removing/adding the device, changing the device name, and restarting HA/MQTT, etc with no luck. Any suggestions?

Do you mean Zigbee2MQTT, or the MQTT integration inside HA?

Are these your first zigbee devices? Do you have any other Z2M devices which DO show up in HA?

Correct, I added it into Z2M. I have two Aqara h2 switches (not dimmers) that are working perfectly fine and are in Z2M and showing in HA.
