I have the HA Green device. I just bought the Aqara M3. I can not get it installed though. It has been added into the agara app with no issue.
However, trying to add it in the matter integration in HA is not working. I am able to get the 8 digit code but when I open the matter integration and try to add it as a device, it eventually says device not found. I know the 8 digit code is correct. I tried the home kit integration, same thing. Reset the hub, 2x. Thoughts, please?
Do you have any devices directly connected to the Aqara M3 hub, yet? Like some Aqara Zigbee sensors? If not, I wonder if the issue is that there is nothing to share via the M3’s Matter Bridge feature?
Do you have any other Matter devices connected and working with your HA Green?
Have you turned matter on in the Aqara app?
