I recently purchase Aqara Hub (Compatible with HomeKit) from [aliexpress] hoping to set it up with Home Assistant but the tutorials i saw require me to have it working on the Mi Home App but unfortunately this hub doesn’t work with Mi Home App only works with Aqara App. Has anyone had any luck getting it to work with the Home Assistant?

Maybe you can confirm if it’s working now? 
I don’t think you are able to enable developer mode on the new version yet
