Aqara hub ZHWG11LM missing xiaomi_aqara.play_ringtone service

Hi everyone. I was trying for several days to trigger leakage sensor with my Aqara hub (fw 3.1.1) to play panic sirene, the problem is that there is no play_ringtone service present that is used by everyone, only 2 objects are inside hub after integration via Homekit controller: light bulb and security system - so no method to call sirene.

When I add manually service xiaomi_aqara.play_ringtone:
gw_mac: xxxx
ringtone_id: 1
ringtone_vol: 100

it shows

Error executing script. Service not found for call_service at pos 1: Unable to find service xiaomi_aqara/play_ringtone

At the same time panic sirene is working via Aqara Home ios app automation, so it’s definitely present, but not integrated somehow to HA. Any ideas ?

I have the same issue. Gateway connected via HomeKit integration. Any solution?
Also I can’t force to turn on the gatewaylight with automation, switching off is working fine.

In fact for me no issue to turn light on or of, but no siren available. The strange thing is that in Aqara Home IOS app this automation works fine with Police sirene 1 ringtone, so it’s definitely the issue with integration method in HA.

Same problem. I tried https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/xiaomi_aqara then https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Xiaomi_Gateway_(Aqara)#Adding_the_Xiaomi_Gateway_to_Domoticz
but no isue… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Maybe something could be done via manual alarm control, but not yet tried… https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/manual/

I think the problem is in HomeKit integration, but I don’t understand where to dig to resolve the issue =(( image

There is no simple the object like alarm or sound or anything similar.
And seems it’s not tested well in terms of integration - https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/xiaomi_miio/

Hi guys. I’ve got response from Aqara support that ringtones are not available in HomeKit, so no chance to have them in HA via HomeKit integration. I believe another way is to integrate via Xiaomi integration, but not sure we can get a key as I didn’t succeed to activate developer mode for my model =(

actually I have the same problem. I integrated Aqara Hub in HA using the HomeKit Controller, but the siren is not available.

I’m also trying to integrate the Aqara Hub using Xiaomi Gateway (Aqara), but the hub is not identified.

Is anyone able to support?
