Bought a Aqara Leak Sensor yesterday and cant get it to pair with my HA/Deconz/Conbee2/RPI4. Changed the battery with no result.
Thinking of going back to ZHA.
Any other ideas?
Moving from ZHA to Deconz is seldom considered an upgrade.
You’d be far better of using ZHA or Zigbee2mqtt.
I have 4 of these all working great with ZHA and a Sonoff Zigbee dongle…
Just to check … are you aware that the pairing button is kind of hidden? You need to press the top of the sensor quite hard for a few seconds so that the plastic deforms and the LED comes.
I think it is done like this rather than with a button to make the sensor waterproof.
Yep. Found that right away. Tested everything know. Thinking of a new dongle.
Now i have tried everything! Tested a new sensor. Bought a SkyConnect and tested to pair with both ZHA and Z2M and nothing works!
