Hello,
maybe someone can help me with a similar observation: For Zigbee devices I use deCONZ with a Conbee II USB stick (latest firmware), the connection to HA with the deCONZ integration. Most Zigbee devices are from Aqara, for motion and door sensors this works well. Now I have integrated 4 Aqara Smart Plugs EU as intermediate plugs (1x firmware 0x0000002B, 3x firmware 01-03-2023), whereby the latter 3 show a different and strange behavior:
The consumption meter (kWh) jumps between 0 and the actually correct value - this is also visible in the Phoscon app. In HA, this can also be seen in the statistics, the sensor value is at the correct, continuously increasing consumption value for a brief moment every few minutes and then back to 0 kWh.
As expected, the plug with firmware version 0x0000002B works correctly and the meter increases continuously.
Hence my questions:
(1) Has anyone observed a similar effect with the Aqara smart plugs via deCONZ before and found a solution?
(2) Is there a chance to update the firmware of the plugs? Even without Aqara Smart Hub?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Marc
