Aqara T1M – Are Light Effects Exposed in Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT?

Hi everyone,

I’m considering purchasing the Aqara T1M ceiling light, but before going ahead, I’d like to confirm whether its built-in light effects are exposed to Home Assistant when using Zigbee2MQTT.

Can the effects be selected and controlled directly from HA, or are they only available through the Aqara app?

Hi, yes, they’re exposed via Z2M. There’s also an HA custom integration for the T1M which works with Z2M and ZHA.
