Hi all, I have an Aqara T2. I have L1 wired to my garage door and it works as it should. I also have a reed switch wired to S1/COM and can’t find where I’d get feedback to see if the garage door is open or closed. The reed switch had been wired to a Control 4 Z2IO and was providing feedback so I’m pretty sure the issue is with the T2.
Has anyone had this issue; and resolved it?

I don’t know if you have found a solution for your case but I was curious. The T2 provides voltage based on the L1 at the COM. Connecting a reed contact here which usually only works on voltage up to 60V maximum will surely destroy the reed with a high risk of causing fire.
You could have used a low voltage relais to close contacts between S1 and COM. Then there is the problem, the T2 only sends a short event of “single_s1” action once the circuit to S1 is closed or opened again (not sure which) without any clearance as far as I know. Might be because I am using mine in switch mode “momentary”.
