I have an Aquara temperature sensor (WSDCGQ11LM), which occasionally freezes and always shows the same temperature and humidity. I need to reconfigure it to get it working again. Is this normal? Thanks.
No, that’s not normal. Sounds like you have poor zigbee coverage where you have placed it, or it is connected to a router device that is not online 100% of the time (a smart bulb you cut power to for example). These devices do not find a new router if the one they are connected to is offline.
That means it’s unavailable, BTW…
