Help Needed !- I have my HA IPv6 set to automatic , my dream machine pro is set swell still I am not able to add the lock to HA , I am on firmware 77 any help is appreciated

I first added the lock to Apple Home
In Home assistant I simply enabled ipv6 as shown here:
Prior to that, I have configured Thread, where I selected my GoogleNest router as the preferred border router, because my AppleTVs are not powered on all the time.
Then I added a Matter device that already is in use, chose Apple Home, activated pairing mode in Apple home, copied the setup code, and connected successfully

Thanks for the response ! I have a very similar setup. I’ve set the Google Nest Hub as my preferred device and was able to enable Matter on the Google Home app, which I then used with the Aqara Matter Hub. Initially, HomeKit didn’t work, so I created a new Home in the Home app and added the devices again — that worked. However, as soon as I connected Homebridge from Home Assistant, things stopped working. It seems related to how Home Assistant handles IPv6, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint the exact issue. For now, I’m using a fake switch to link Google Home to Home Assistant as a temporary workaround.
Assuming there has not been any progress on getting access to more features via HA?
I’ve been playing with the idea of using the keypad to arm and disarm an alarm system, but that doesn’t seem to be possible at the moment. Shame really, that this isn’t possible at all, other than using the state of the lock itself, which may be unreliable in some cases.

Why do you need to integrate to both Google Home and HomeKit?
Please explain your target use scenario and how your workaround with the virtual (fake) switch solves the challange of not beeing able to intigrate directly into Google Home

here’s my working configuration to u200 - matter - esp32 TBR in ha.
Configuring a thread border router.
I can manage all features and states, wondering if there’s any way to read in HA the entire log of the u200 (actually does not, maybe matter limitation?)
Ciao Marco, could you specify what you mean by all features. I connected the lock through an Apple HomePod mini as TBR and I see only basic state log and battery info. No settings are available in HA.

Ciao Luca, this is what i can manage:
The u200 logs also show you who unlocked or locked the door if you set up fingerprints or codes for each person using it, but here inside HA/matter does not.

yes, it is possible in HA. I have one running in HA via Matter over Thread (thread by apple devices). No Aqara hub. My device looks just like @basebuzz (but not in Italian 
). Automations are normal.
Yes, It Is possibile, i Have the u200 comnected to HA over thread /matter flashed with esp-idf on a special esp32 BR 1. Hardware Platforms - - — ESP Thread BR latest documentation, no issues.

Hi, I’m planning to buy the Aqara U200 smart lock and had a question about Home Assistant integration.Does anyone know if it’s possible to trigger automations based on the unlock method used like fingerprint, Apple Home Key (wallet), or NFC tag?
Sadly the Matter events from the lock are not extremely detailed. I seem to remember it wasn’t reporting every unlock method correctly.
That said, I’m on the old stable firmware, maybe they’ve improved since. I’m happy to provide event samples to aid the implementation within HA
Has anyone managed to get the “jammed” status in HA for the U200?
I’m trying to implement a notification when the lock is jammed but HA shows it as unlocked. I can see the jammed event from the Matter server as well as Apple Home reports it as jammed. What am I missing?

This is what happens
I scan the matter qr with iphone and then it is trying to set up for 2-3 minutes or more before finally giving the message that it was “unable to add Accessory. Paring failed.”
Have set up ipv6 on network
Do not have any competeing mesh from apple
I have updated the thread stuff in the home assistant companion app
I have tried to reset the lock again totally
Running out of things to check now…
Same. No matter the firmware versions. It worked at first try on both Apple TV and the new Aqara M100.
The M100 is so cheap that I’m using that for any future installs.
Oh my god, that fixed it for me. Thank you so much, this needs to be written into some documentation.
