I am having issues pairing my new Aqara U200 lock with HA.
My setup:
HA Green
ZBT-1 (SkyConnect), set to Thread
I already have three Aqara P2 Matter door sensors paired and working well so I doubt it’s a setup issue with that.
I have installed the latest firmware on the lock and I go through the setup, as per a few other threads, and including this video. In the HA Android app, I go to devices and add a matter device, choose “No, it’s new”, scan the code and wait. The app goes to “Connecting to device…” and holds there for maybe 30-40 sec. and then just says “This device requires a Threads boarder router”. Well, I already have one in HA. The lock is in the same place as one of the door sensors so it should not be a connection issue with the antenna.
I’m a bit lost and out of ideas.
The logs give no clue, well, except for there being nothing in the logs. So, it seems like the device itself is just not communicating. But, if I scan the Matter code without setting it into pairing mode first, it starts blinking so there it is responding to the pairing, but just not reaching to the Matter server?
