I already have a Broadlink RM4 Pro that can learn commands and send commands through HA.
I am looking for a device that will catch/receive all RF signals? The idea is that if someone pushes the button on a physical RF remote, then the device will pick it up so I can trigger on it in HA.
Is there anything like this?

@IMTheNachoMan - I would suggest keeping an eye out for something likely to be called “HARF” (“HA-RF”). That’s the next project after the current developer of “HAIR” (HA-IR) gets that project settled down. It’s been REALLY impressive, and provides a really excellent way of managing IR devices, IR remotes, IR proxies, IR signaling, etc. in HA.
So take a look at the HACS integration called HAIR, by @DAB-LABS. Once they wrap up HAIR to a point they’re happy with, it sounds like HARF is next. Just to give you an idea of possible timing, it’s purely a guess on my part, but it feels like HAIR is probably approaching that point within next month or maybe less. And HAIR took something like 5-6 months to evolve from 1.0 to its currently phenomenal state. I was already using it with great success in the first month or so.
Check out the documentation for HAIR integration, and you’ll see why I’m so impressed. I am astounded at the things they’ve built into it, and how easy it is for the user.
Yeah, I’m hoping so also. They did some cutesy things with the “HAIR” motif, but I just don’t know what you could do with HARF.
I agree, @tim.plas. HAIR is almost to the point that it makes sense to delve into the RF side. I really wish I would have been further down the development process, but the family got the flu a while back, and it put me AFK for a few weeks. 
I did use that time to order some hardware for testing, and I do have it in, so when I’m ready, I’ll be able to hit the deck running.
I’m not set on naming of HARF. Would love some help. Do you guys have some ideas for naming?
BARF is interesting, but probably not the emotional response I want to generate with the branding… but I did have a giggle.
HAIR was obvious and has been fun to play with. Do you guys have any other ideas?
