Are we able to tap into the assist pipeline?

Hello I’m new to the whole DIY home automation electronics developing. I’m using a raspberry pi 4 with a display to show a HA dashboard the pi is also a Wyoming satellite. I was wondering if there is an automation or something I can trigger off the events of the assistant pipeline stated here

I’m trying to get the commands and responses shown on the dashboard like a google nest hub would.

HA UI >> settings >> voice assistant >> Assist >> 3 dots next to assistant your using >> debug

this will show what was heard and the reply

I knew that was an avaliable option was curious if that data can be pulled to a dashboard. Its more of a QOL implementation I want for my device, in case I missed the response I would still be able to read it.
