I'm trying to use an Argon Industria zigbee module in place of ZBT-1 in my Raspberry Pi 5 running HA. I built up the Pi 5 by restoring from a backup and it worked well using the ZBT-1. I then added the Argon module, migrated my zigbee network to it and deleted the ZBT-1, and again all was fine.
But my Zigbee hub appears in my settings as "Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1, s/n: 9a5305d77439ef11973551f454516304 - Nabu Casa". It's the only hub that shows up, and it can't be my ZBT-1, as that's unplugged and sitting on my desk, but everything is working.
I want to re-use my ZBT-1 with different firmware, but I can't, because my HA build thinks its running my Zigbee network. How do I sort this?
I believe that when you migrate a zigbee controller like that, you basically clone the identity and the new one becomes the the old one in name only.
If you put the old one back in, you now have 2 devices with the same name and it conflicts.
How to fix, not sure. I would search here to see how this can be solved, but I think that's what happened.
