Seems their services were down - I could not connect using also iOS app as well. Now it should work, I was able to connect from mobile ~2 hours ago and now restarted HA and all the data is back.

Has anyone solved the 2-entities problem? I had a 2017 Q7 which was showing a full list of entities (location, fuel level, etc.), but last week I traded it for a new A6. I can see all of the data in the iOS app for the A6, but I only have 2 entities showing for the A6 in HA. Multiple restarts, removing and reapplying the integration - still the same result. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
yeah, i struglled a long time with those 2 entities, it also worked before for me before
But seems my car warranty was expired, as well the audi connect
as a test i subscribed again for 1 month for a few € , and all entities came back …
month passed by, and all entities gone, back to 2 …
so in my case , it was just a license issue
That is strange… My car is new and has all the licenses for Audi Connect, and I can see everything in the iOS App. When your license expired did you loose access to the data in the mobile app?
yeah, i didnt see anything in the app , when i purchased , everything was back in the app (android)
Looks like my problem is a little different. I can see everything in the iOS app (so I guess my license is OK), but stuck with 2 entities in HA.
have you tried adding the integration without a region?
I did. Tried “DE” and leaving that field blank and exactly the same result. Also tried with and without the PIN.

I came across this problem some time ago. Solution was to rename my car inside application on iPhone. Since then entity name is tided up to name given in app. Previously it was randomly switching between two names (that I do not really know where these come from).
Thanks Mirek - just tried that - changed the name in the iOS app, removed the HA integration, re-added it, and… still 2 entities!!
Sorry to hear… this works for me since few months already… perhaps another issue causing similar symptoms

I added code for a switch for Preheating in ICE cars a while ago, I’d guess it’s not that hard to add climate control and charging control for EVs using more or less the same code if it’s available in the Audi app, but I have no way of testing that.
Hi all Audi MMI connect users,
I have my A4 integration running, locking/unlocking works. But the integration doesn’t update mileage, fuel level or really anyhting else. I have tried the refresh_vehicle_data using ”vin: wauzzzxxxxxxxxxxxx” and that seem to work so far as it doesn’t create any error message. But the sensor data is never updated. When/how often is the vehicle data refreshed? What am I doing wrong?
I’m also having the problem, that only 2 entities are created (lock status and model sensor).
I switched cars in February. The old one was working fine, the new one (exact same model!) is not working.
In the official myAudi App all information are updated - I have a valid connect licence. Therefore I think this issue is somewhere within the integration (changed interfaces for new cars?)
Deleting, reinstalling and all kind of different things did not work in my case. Currently I’m trying to confirm via postman that the used interfaces in the application are working.
